Role Definitions

President – Oversee all operations within the club-keep contact with all board members

Vice President – Assist President in overseeing all operations-keep contact with all board members

Treasurer – Prepare all financials, balance all accounts, file all tax and 501c3 paperwork, pay all bills, deposit all funds

Secretary – Keep minutes, update and plan agenda, keep in contact with all board members and managers to get agenda items.

Concessions Manager – Plan and execute all planning related to concessions for all events. Events will include tournaments and home duals. Keep contact with all board members and managers, but especially: President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Coaches, Social Media Mgr, Parent Committee Mgr, Volunteer Mgr

Social Media Manager – Keep all social media updated – website, Facebook, Instagram, etc – with fundraising events, tournaments, duals, volunteer opportunities, and any other relevant information. Keep contact with all board members and managers.

Apparel/Uniform Manager – Order all new apparel and uniform items – Hand out and collect and keep track of all uniform items. Run the sale of all apparel items. Keep contact with all board members and managers, but especially: President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Coaches, Social Media Mgr, Parent Committee Mgr

Parent Committee Manager – Keep in communication with parents at all levels. Email, Band app, Facebook, etc. Schedule parent meetings to keep them up to date on all volunteer opportunities and fund-raising activities, uniform activities, etc. Keep contact with all board members and managers, but especially: President, VP, Secretary, Coaches, Social Media Mgr, Concessions Mgr, Volunteer Mgr, Apparel/Uniform Mgr, Fundraiser Mgr

Volunteer Manager – Keep track of volunteer hours, schedule volunteers for events, make sure all events are fully volunteer staffed. Keep in contact with all volunteers. Keep contact with all board members and managers, but especially: President, VP, Secretary, Coaches, Social Media Mgr, Parent Committee Mgr, Concessions Mgr

Fundraiser Manager – Plan, execute, and keep track of all fundraising activities for the club. Keep contact with all board members and managers, but especially: President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, Coaches, Social Media Mgr, Parent Committee Mgr, Volunteer Mgr
